Description
Currently the issue link permission is an all or nothing type of permission. So if there are multiple applications that can create links (Confluence, Jira instances or other external sources) as long as the user has the issue link permission they can link or see all of them. It would be helpful to have a more granular permission settings that would allow for the administrator to control which linked applications the users would have permissions to see.
For example on the same issue perhaps user A as part of group A has permissions to see issues from an externally linked Jira instance, but not linked Confluence pages. Whereas user B from group B can see both.
