    Description

      Problem Definition

When JIT is disabled, application performance may degrade.
It's a good practice to monitor the codecache memory utilization to understand when it needs to be increased and when a problem happened.

While this metric is available through JMX, it would be great having it logged on Jira perflog (atlassian-jira-perf.log).
