CSV importer can fail when summary is greater than 256 characters

Depending on the database, csv importer can fail to import issue when summary is greater than 256 chars. mysql simply truncates it, other databases throw errors causing import to fail.

Most probably should simply truncate the string to 256. I am guessing other fields also can fail with this as well.
