Error on System Info page reading entityengine.xml: java.io.IOException: expected '=', got 'v' line 1, char 8: ...<?xml v

    Description

      One gets this harmless error after editing entityengine.xml with certain text editors like UltraEdit, which prepend Byte Order Mark (BOM) bytes to the XML. Apparently Electric XML doesn't understand these. This does not affect the operation of JIRA otherwise.
