      Comment deletion leaves change history that is visble to all

      This is really an issue where people go "Please delete my comment for security reasons!". You delete the comment but the entire information in the comment is still viewable by all. I'm not sure what the ideal solution is but perhaps the change history for the deleted comment should only appear to those with the delete comment permission?
