workflow association error

    Description

      when moving an issue type from one workflow to another, workflow association error occurs and unable to change the workflow. Few issues are shown as cause of the problem with error message "Unable to determine the current issue type for issue" but when searched they are not available. Integrity checking is not able to catch those issues neither it can solve the problem. What can be the reason and how to resolve it ASAP?
