It would be extremely helpful to be able to specify the time format you want to use in the Original time estimate to something other than seconds. When importing large amounts of tasks and putting estimates to these tasks I usually use days and hours never have I used seconds.
Moreover, with bulk create feature (in Issues menu) it's incosistent as the latter one respects configuration. See this comment for more details
