A chart for Open issues over time

      Problem Definition

      There is currently no specific Report to display the open issues over time. As a workaround users may utilize "Filter Results" gadget, however this does not display in the form of a Chart or a report.

      Suggested Solution

      Provide users with a Report to display the amount of open issues over time.
