We have an set of automation rules that reconfigure the priority based on severity/urgenct (ITSM priority matrix). It works great since we can configure it to trigger whenever the "Issue Created" and "Issue Updated" event fires. This however proves to become an issue when inline editing occurs since that doesn't fire any events.

The alternative is to disable inline editing for specific projects (such as Service Desk) altogether.
