Description
In the Filter panel of the Issue Navigator, you can only filter on "Affects Version" or "Fix for Version" IF you select a specific project.
However, the two alternatives "Any" and "No version" is common to all projects, and could easily be applied in a "global" search.
This would be a great improvement that helps to keep the home page less cluttered, because I could apply a filter that only selects issues that have no Fix for Version set.
In my environment, I have issues that have nothing to do with development, like for instance when a network error made the night job crash, or when a client has moved and I need to change the FTP parameters for him.
And then there are the "regular" issues, bug fixes, improvements and other, that means there will be changes in the software.
With this new possibility, I will easily see those "stray" issues, and can focus on them.
Issues that do have a set Fix for version tend to be bundled, and so is the work with them. Therefore, it is not so important for me to see them on the dashboard.
