Ability to disable/hide the REST endpoint for serverInfo

      Currently JIRA pages and REST endpoints expose the application version.

      It is possible to hide the this information from JIRA pages by modifying the footer:

      $jira_install/atlassian-jira/WEB-INF/classes/templates/plugins/footer/footer.vm

      Currently it is not possible to hide this information that is published via the REST endpoint:
