      Problem Definition

      Currently in JIRA to allow OAuth for REST calls for specific application A, you need to create Application Link for this (see oauth-authentication). Problem is that application A might not have any UI and it's purely consumer. In this case Application Link page always alerts that Generic Link is down and Outgoing Authentication doesn't make sense.

      Suggested Solution

      Created specific OAuth configuration for incoming only Application Links.
