The Last commented by a User Flag is awesomely useful for building a triaging filter that shows you issues that were last created or commented on by a user.

Unfortunately this is not only part of the JIRA Toolkit plugin but is hardcoded to mean 'users not in the jira-developers group'.

It would be very helpful to have this as part of JIRA Service Desk and remove the hardcoded group name.

Then, service desk administrators could configure additional filters/notifications based on the status of this field.
