Problem Definition:
Currently, we do have a warning in regards running JIRA through port below 1024 in the documentation Changing JIRA application TCP Ports as a Non-Root user. But, any other documentation such as configuring SSL or Apache integration does not have such reminder. This could make the user using the reserved port and run JIRA as a Non-Root user in which it will be rejected.

It would be great if the reminder is included in other documentation as well that relates to the Port or System User changes. E.g.:
