Case sensitive username shows multiple times.

      Problem Definition

      There are 2 users with different cases, one with small letters and other with all capital letters or a mix of it.
      The user exists in different directories (One in Internal, one in Connector/Delegated).

      The same user(with different combination of small and capital letters) shows up multiple times in @mention in comment or Assigning the user to a ticket.
      However this is not the case of basic JQL search, for example:

      Suggested Solution

      Only one user should show up irrespective and it should not be case sensitive because Michael and MICHAEL are same users.

      Workaround

      There is no workaround at the moment.
