When you have many versions it is difficult to drag and drop new one on desired place.

Expected:
When dragging version and moving cursor to the bottom of screen scrolling starts.
(Same behavior as in Backlog).

Fact:
No scrolling. You need to drop the version, then scroll, then drag&drop again, until you put version to desired place.
