Description
Summary
The video attached to an issue on JIRA won't play in Chrome.
Environment
JIRA 6.3.1
Chrome Version 50.0.2661.86 (64-bit) and 49.0.2623.112
Steps to Reproduce
- Create an issue;
- Attach a video in the issue (mp4);
- Click to reproduce
Expected Results
Actual Results
Video won't start.
The following error could show up in the log.

No error when executing from Firefox.
Workaround
Use a different browser.
