Provide option to Print attachment in JIRA attachment preview

      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Server. Using JIRA Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Currently JIRA only offers the user the possibility to download an attachment upon preview.
      However, it would be good to have a "print" button, so there's no need to download the file in order to print.
