Description

Steps to Reproduce:
- Open the Service Desk project as support employee
- Go the a queue where is an unresolved issue
- Open the issue inside the Server Desk Queue
- Scroll down
Expected Result:
The issue toolbar needs to stay on top of the browser window which is the normal JIRA behaviour when you go not threw Server Desk
