Update JIRA Database Schema Documentation

      Suggestion Summary

      JIRA database schema documentation, currently lists few documentations (version 5 through 7), but not for the latest released version.

      Should a customer however happen to be using a newer version of JIRA, they would not be able find the schema doc corresponding to that. For example :- Latest version of JIRA is JIRA 8.6 as of 20th Jan-2020.

      Can the page be updated regularly with schema documentation with every latest release of product?
