Audit log should register when an Issue Link Type and Issue Type Scheme changes

      Definition

      Currently the JIRA Audit log does not register whenever an issue link type is modified, deleted or created.
      Same goes for changing Issue Type Schema

      Suggestion

      Register on audit log any actions performed for issue link types and Issue type scheme
