    Description

NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Server. Using JIRA Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

At the moment the ssh library that JIRA users expects to be "prompted" for a password and supplies the password that was entered during the CVS Module configuration in JIRA. The library does not look at the private key of the user and therefore only works using "password authentication" method.

Adding an option to use the private key would improve the ext xcs usefulness. The password field of the CVS Module can then be used as the passphrase of the user's private key.
