Ability to display filters and dashboards of archived projects

      Problem :
      I would like JIRA to display the creator of a dashboard, which it contains outdated content (e.g. invalid filters on already archive projects etc?)

      Suggestion :
      Introduce an ability to display filter and dashboard of archived projects.

      Workaround :
      Manually query the database :

      select * from searchrequest;
