Ability to add multiple users as watcher

      Problem Definition

      Right now, JIRA does not accept ";" to spread users and so, add several users at the same time on the Watchers field.

      Suggested Solution

      It would be nice if JIRA accepted the ";" symbol to separate users and allow the additional of several users at the same time to the Watchers field.
