As an administrator, I want to customize the release report tab header to include custom filters

      Problem Definition

      Currently we have the pre-defined categories (see screenshot), they are limited in the sense that I can't see for examples, all bugs in the current release.

      Suggested Solution

      Allow custom filters to add to this panel as a category, which will allow for easier browsing of the release.
