i have tried this before several times.. a few months ago...
there are tons of tickets on this..
somehow all marked resolved
yet the same problem is still happening....
this is a very high priority ticket.... sounds like tons of people have been complaining for many many months..
we shouldn't have to open some files, change some xml fiields, zip them back, try again...
i mean its a basic procedure. this failure is easily reproduced each time!
The file you are trying to import is from JIRA 7.0.0-OD-01-193, which is newer than your current version of JIRA and will not work. The import file claims it can be successfully imported into JIRA 6.4.8 or later.
