      Problem Definition

      The text "Live Broadcast" appears in place of the progress bar for attached mp3 files played directly from JIRA while using Safari.

      Observed result:
      The text "Live Broadcast" appears in place of the progress bar in Safari v.8.0.7

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Attach a mp3 file to an issue in JIRA.
      2. Go to that issue using Safari.
      3. Click on the mp3 file attached to the issue
      4. MP3 opens in a new tab

      Suggested Solution

      MP3 should play in the media player with the playback progress bar.

      Actual Results

      The player displays "Live Streaming" instead of the playback progress bar.

      Workaround

      Embed the issue using the 

      !attachment.mp3!

      or use another browser.
