At the moment, when a user clones an issue, it will retain the assignee of the original issue.

In some cases, user would want to make him/herself as the assignee (if it's not him/her in the original issue), or would like to assign it to someone else. It would be great to have the assignee field on the cloning issue screen. This will allow the user to change it or keep it, according to their need (just like the option for Summary field shown in the screenshot below
