JIRA shouldn't allow users to add extra log work in time spent when Remaining Time is 0

      Problem Definition

      User can add extra log work even when the Remaining Time is 0.

      Suggested Solution

      JIRA should has an option to block any user/group to add extra log work in time spent when the Remaining Time is already with the 0 value.

      Workaround

      Time Sheet plugin by default, does not allow the user to add extra log work when the Remaining time is 0, so you can use it as a workaround.
