UI Improvement: display as much linked issue text as possible

There is usually a large blank space between a linked issue's summary snippet and the linked issue status icon. This is because the summary is cut off at a hardcoded (fairly short) length.

Rather, we should use <span style="width:90%; overflow:hidden"> to dynamically alter the amount of summary text shown.
