As a JIRA user, when another user make changes in a issue I being notified about, I would like to receive only one e-mail informaming all the changes made in a short period of time instead of one email for each minimal change.

As a example, if I user logs work, add a comment and adds a label to a issue in a short period of time, this may send three email notifications. Would be usefull if this changes generate only one email.
