Automatically checked the Include Sub-tasks option after refresh the page

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Create a new issue with Original Estimate 2 hour, see screenshot-1.png
2. Create a sub-task and log 1 hour time, see screenshot-2.png
3. Unchecked the Include Sub-tasks option, see screenshot-3.png
4. Refresh the page and notice Include Sub-tasks option has changed to checked.

Expected Behavior:

• Keep the checkbox state after refresh
