JIRA REST API to retrieve issue transition details does not return required fields for transition.

      http://<host>:2990/jira/rest/api/latest/issue/<issue id>/transitions?expand=transitions.fields

      Always returns "fields":{} in the returned output (no fields).

      De workflow in JIRA has been adapted to include some required field validators for certain issue transitions.
      When the corresponding transition is performed in JIRA it shows/proves that the validators work (are active).

      However, they are never returned in the above mentioned JIRA REST request?
