As a user, I would like to use JQL in gadgets directly, rather than via a saved filter.

      In many situations, it would be more convenient to directly enter JQL in a gadget rather than have to define a filter first. The convenience of this has already been recognized in Agile boards (quick filters, swimlanes), and I would like this convenience in dashboards also.
