At the moment, you can expand/collapse sections in the View Issue page by clicking on the section name.

Although there is an auto collapse configuration for the comments when there are more than 5 comments, it would be better if there are options to expand/collapse other sections (details, descriptions, etc) by default.

For example, I can set such that when a person views the issue, Details, Dates and Attachments are collapsed by default and have to be expanded manually.
