Ability to Bulk Edit Shared Dashboards and Filters.

Currently, to change the owner of a dashboard it would need to be done one by one, this could be a major work if there is a lot of dashboard/filter owner need to be changed. Also, a feature to edit the owned dashboard could be useful if there is a several dashboard that would like to be shared to a certain groups or actually need to be changed to private. Because, right now the admin that would like to change the on how the dashboard is shared, have to change the owner first then edit it, which it need another step to achieved it.
