When doing Bulk Change, JIRA uses the "Current Search" instead of the filter on the page

      Here are the steps to try to reproduce this bug, You might have an issue with Chrome since each tab is seen as it's own sandbox. Firefox is the browser this is accurring on.

      A. Query filter 1 and got xx issues.
      B. Opened a new browser tab and query filter 2 and get yy issues listed.
      C. Go back to the first browser tab and choose Tools/Bulk Change. It shows xx issues.
      D. Click on "all xx issue(s)"
      E. The Bulk Change process presents you with the issues from the second filter with yy number of issues.

      Filters I was using was:
      Filter one : project=otm and created > -1d
      Filter two: project=tsg and created > -1d

      This seems to happen when you do the search with in 60 seconds ( must be cache )
