Custom field for IssueType does not show in *Details_View*

    Description

      Note, it does show nicely in the Edit_View when the the issue type is equal to the the value I specified for the custom issue type field.

      However, the custom issue type field never shows on the details view. It also never shows as a column in the Issue Navigator.
