Currently the user pickers are sensitive to accents or diacritic, such that, a search for Liska, for instance, will not return Liška.

People cannot find other people because they do not know that a name is written with a diacritic or accent. It seems reasonable that a user would expect that the string 'Rene' should return 'René' when browsing for users.

accent insensitive support in the user pickers will greatly improve usability for many customers with an international user-base.
