Project roles groups search is case-sensitive

      NOTE: This bug report is for JIRA Server. Using JIRA Cloud? See the corresponding bug report.

      I.e. searching "My" will match "MyGroup" while "my" won't. This is confusing and not consistent with other UIs. (I'm talking about the Groups textboxes under a project's Administration/Roles page.)
