Add a multiple-login setting for JIRA OnDemand profiles

      As discussed in Getting randomly logged out of OnDemand, the use of third-party applications can result in an existing session being terminated.

      The improvement would be to add an option applicable to individual user profiles that would allow multiple logins to occur.

      The aim would be users using third-party applications could enable the 'multiple login setting' to ensure their sessions remain active from multiple sources.
