There are customers who use automated user creation (e.g. via e-mail or SSO / AD), and thus, the administrator might not be able to keep track of how many users are there in total in the system.
As an admin, I would like to be able to receive a notification once active user count is close to reaching the license limit (e.g. by setting a threshold in the License Information screen).
