MailThreadManager may duplicate Notfication entries

From the mailing list, this error is occuring

java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Passed List had more than one value.
at org.ofbiz.core.entity.EntityUtil.getOnly(EntityUtil.java:58)
at com.atlassian.jira.mail.MailThreadManagerImpl.threadNotificationEmail(MailThreadManagerImpl.java:74)
at com.atlassian.jira.mail.JiraMailThreader.threadEmail(JiraMailThreader.java:42)

I think this maybe to do with the use of findByAndCache. I think you need to flush the cache when you create new entries or they don't get put in the cache. Look on the OfBiz site for more details.
