Add autocomplete renderer to the multi-select custom field

    Description

      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Server. Using JIRA Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Currently the multi-select custom field has the 'select list renderer'.

      An improvement would be to also include the option to use the 'autocomplete renderer' to the available options. This would allow users to create a custom field that behaves similarly to the 'Components' field.
