If an issue is moved between projects, the (Issue linking history) links in the Change History are broken

This example might be a bad one - because that issue is going to move again (d'oh) but here goes

In the change history is a mention of where Scott linked this issue to another issue JRA-3133.

None of the links to JRA-3133 in change history work because the links are using the issue primary key - ala http://jira.atlassian.com/browse/ViewIssue.jspa?id=16469

However, in the Issue Links: section, the link is fine, because it is using http://jira.atlassian.com/secure/ViewIssue.jspa?key=JRA-3133...
