Support Custom Events with WebHooks

      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Server. Using JIRA Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      In JIRA 5.2.5 or lower it creates an NPE, but in JIRA 5.2.6 the NPE is no longer present - webhooks simply ignores the custom events.

      Ideally it webhooks would provide support to trigger on custom events
