We have been using jira for few years now, and most of our workers has uploaded their avatars to jira.
However we would like to start using gravatar (as we do in bamboo).
Currently there is no way to use gravatar without loosing few thousand avatars.

Could you please make to fetch gravatars and if gravatar is empty, then use local uploaded avatar.
