Description
Steps to reproduce
- Install JIRA using installer in Linux environment.
- Perform upgrade using installer.
- Process will stops at "Checking for local modification" until it takes up all memory allocated for JIRA instance.
Diagnosis
There might be foreign files such as symbolic links in JIRA Home directory that might messed the checking process.
Workaround
Locate the symlink by sudo find -type l command in terminal.
Expected behavior
Checking should only focus on JIRA configuration files rather than external files.
