Issue Collector doesn't work with required security level

    Description

      As discussed in JSP-140417:

      the issue collector won't work if your "security level" is set to required in the field configuration!!

      That's weird because this field will NEITHER appear in the issue collector administration NOR will it throw any errors to the admin while creating the collector.
