Workflow permission subtask create parameters not working (jira.permission.subtasks.create.*)

    Description

      I would expect something like

      jira.permission.subtasks.create.denied

      or

      jira.permission.subtasks.create.group

      to work.

      While JIRA accepts the parameter, it does not seem to apply it. This seems to be due to the outstanding implmentation of JRA-10077.
